• Program length of 18 to 24 months
• Onboarding phase of several weeks including a deep dive into the world of Lufthansa Group, visits of operations and subsidiaries, team building, and skill trainings
• 4 to 5 practical assignments based on your choice and interest – including one abroad
• Professional and personal coaching sessions and seminars
• Chance to network with fellow trainees from other programs

Due to the fact that the duration and extent of the virus spread as well as the development of worldwide travel restrictions are still not yet foreseeable, all planned new appointments still have to be reviewed and often suspended for the time being.

We very much regret that we probably have to suspend all our trainee programs in 2021.
